With ACCELERATE, 2021 recruits and future teammates will work together with our team of beach volleyball experts to prepare for the complex transition to college athletics. They will gain clarity around tangible changes they can implement in the coming months in order to find the success they're looking for in the fall, both on and off the court. They will also learn about each other and bond over this shared experience. 

The package includes ten video conference calls that are scheduled at times convenient for the group. All sessions include preparatory readings, assessments, and/or questionnaires. Athletes will write in their individual learning log during sessions with their lessons learned and actions to complete before the next meeting. It is recommended to complete all ten sessions in 4-6 weeks, but scheduling is up to the discretion of the group.
