As someone who's only been playing beach volleyball for five years, I've been able to learn at an unusually high rate and expedite the growth process much quicker than the average player. I'd probably work best with individuals transitioning from different sports (it's what I did). In terms of specific skills, I'd consider myself to be expert at hand setting and jump serving, and the value of both.
